From 14 June – 11 July 2013, as a member of the BIG CYCLE team, I will undertake the grueling challenge of climbing ten mountains (of which five are over 5,000 metres!) from Lhasa to Kathmandu, including Everest Base Camp.
The aim is to raise $1 million for spinal cord injury research.

Post 7: Closing in...
A brutal day. My trike is being welded in some godforsaken Tibetan village. I am run down and in need of sleep. Amy is holding everything together.
